  • Rodeo Celebration of the Cowboys is an annual, 4 day event in February where even the local children do not have school so they can attend this fun-filled, local event. It is the largest mid-winter outdoor rodeo in the U.S., and attracts world-class riders and ropers.

  • Some of the playoff scenes in “Tin Cup”, with Kevin Costner, were filmed at Tucson’s beautiful LaPaloma Resort and County Club. With almost every day sunny and blue- skied, luxury golf courses abound!

  • Tucson is the spa capital of the country. One can find Canyon Ranch Resort and Spa, Lowes Ventana Canyon, Elizabeth Arden’s Red Door, and Miravel Spa, only to mention a few.
