Summerset Hill is a community located on a ridge with panoramic views of pristine Sabino Canyon and the Catalina foothills. At night the view sparkles with city lights. There is loads of common area to enjoy the native vegetation and wildlife and peer at the towering saguaros. It is a sought-after neighborhood because of its magnificent mountain vistas that also offers easy access to the foothills or the city. The location in the popular Fruchthendler Elementary school district makes it an ideal choice for families with young children.  It is hard to find a community that has so much to offer, and yet is so affordable.
