Certified Residential Specialist :
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the
highest professional Designation awarded to Realtors in the residential
field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in
both ample experience and advanced training .
Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its most stringent requirements. Currently, only 4% of all Realtors hold the CRS designation. e-PRO:
