Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS)

Certified Residential Specialist :
Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its most stringent requirements. Currently, only 4% of all Realtors hold the CRS designation.
e-PRO:
REALTOR e-PRO is a revolutionary training program presented entirely online to certify real estate agents and brokers as Internet Professionals. The National Association of Realtors is the first major trade group to offer certification for online professionalism.
